Data Processing during Online Shopping

When you order goods from SÊLO, you are making a paid transaction. In this context, we process personal data for the purpose of contract fulfillment, in the case of a return, and particularly for processing your order, delivering the goods, handling payment, and potential warranty cases. For these purposes, we mainly process your first and last name, gender, date of birth, delivery and billing address, email address, and if applicable, your password and phone number. For the purpose of contract processing or billing, your personal data will only be disclosed or transmitted to third parties if it is necessary for contract processing or billing, or if you have given your prior consent. In the course of processing your order, for example, service providers employed by us (e.g., shipping companies) receive the necessary data for order processing.

 

Storage of Access Data in Log Files

With every access to SÊLO's pages, usage data is transmitted by the respective internet browser and stored in log files. The stored data records include the following information: date and time of access, name of the accessed page, IP address, referrer URL (origin URL from which you accessed the website), the transmitted data volume, loading time, as well as product and version information of the used browser. User IP addresses are deleted after use. We analyze these log file records in anonymized form to further improve and make our offering more user-friendly, identify and fix errors faster, and manage server capacities.
