Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow our guidelines below:

Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are still attached.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at contact@selo-shop.com within the 14-day return period. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@selo-shop.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
